Step by step exchange guide

1. Log into your account, if you don't have an account enter the email you placed your order with to get one time log in code sent to your emails, this can be done from our returns page.
2. Select the order you wish to return and tap request return.
3. You will receive an email with further returns instructions and our returns address.
4. Securely pack up your parcel, make sure all items inside are in their original plastic packaging and that you have included your order invoice or a note with your name and order number written on it. Please write on your invoice/note which item/size you wish to exchange for.
5. Take it to your local post office and ask them to send the parcel via royal mails signed for service. Make sure you keep hold of your proof of posting receipt until we have processed your exchange.
6. We will contact you via email as soon as we have been able to process you exchange and are able to provide an update. this process can take a few days as we have a small team!
7. We will send our your exchange, exchanges are sent out at no extra charge to the customer. all exchanges are sent via the standard shipping service which takes 2-5 working days.
