BASICALLY… Yes, We accept returns and exchanges. You must cover the costs of return shipping.

We understand that sometimes the fit just isn't right, which is why we are happy to accept returns and exchanges! We operate a strict returns policy. Please make sure your returning order meets the guidelines below otherwise it will be rejected and returned to you!
- Item must be in its original plastic packaging.
- Item must be in a re-sellable condition.
- Item must be unworn with tags attached.
- No marks Eg. makeup, fake tan or pet hair.
- No smell of washing powder, smoke or perfume.
- Item must be returned within 14 DAYS of receiving.
You will be returning to our UK based returns address. Please include your packing slip or a note with your order number on (eg #BELLA0001) so we can identify your return. Please do not stick your packing slip to the bag.
DO NOT RETURN YOUR ORDER TO US IF IT HAS BEEN WORN!!!!!! We are a small business who handles these garments everyday, we know them inside out, from tag placement to the way the smell new, so we know when you have worn the item. We are not a huge brand that can be easily fooled, returns are throughly checked and you will NOT receive a refund if the item has been worn!!!! it is NOT fair for our staff to have to touch your stinky, stained dresses from your night out.
