How do I return my order?

Need help returning your order?

Here's a step by step guide to help you return your order.

  1. Log into your account, if you don't have an account enter the email you placed your order with to get one time log in code sent to your emails, this can be done from our returns page.
  2. select the order you wish to return and tap request return.
  3. Once completed you will receive an automated email with further returns instructions and our returns address. 
  4. Securely pack up your parcel, make sure all items inside are in their original plastic packaging and that you have included your order invoice or a note with your name and order number written on it.
  5. Take it to your local post office and ask to send the parcel via royal mails signed for service. Make sure you keep hold of your proof of posting receipt until you have received your refund!
  6. We will contact you via email as soon as we have been able to process your return. This process can take a few days as we have a small team!
  7. You will receive an email notifying you of your refund. refunds can take 3-10 days for credit/debit cards and 3-5 days for PayPal.
