how long does it take to process returns / refunds?

Return processing time

We aim to process all returns ASAP however it can take unto 7 days for returns to be checked over and processed. you will receive an email notifying you of your refund or exchange once your return has been processed.

Refund processing time

Once you've received an email to say your order has been refunded the following refund processing times will apply depending on your original payment method.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.

if your payment was made via credit/debit card the refund can take 3-10 working days to show in your account.

if your payment was made via PayPal the refund can take 3-5 working days to show in your account.

If your payment was made via Klarna the refund can take 5-7 working days to show in your account.
